Same … actually gave up a few decks because of it before. I had a massive list of engineering data structures and design patters deck, and ended up putting a bunch of absolutely stupid shit in there by accident testing something out 🤬

It puts them in a certain order, so you can get around it if you delete the most recent cards.

NotebookLM may be your solution to the manual flash card creation. They have a built in feature.

I use Gemini and NBLM paired to do exactly what you are doing here.

Awesome suggestion (just looked into it). From what I can tell, they don't have a customizable spaced repetition system -- which is arguably the most important part of Anki.

That said, looks like you can still export it into Anki. Would love if they integrated it natively.
